ST510S-D-AR Retarder

SUMMARY

  1. ST210S-D-AR is applicable in medium and low temperature system.
  2. ST210S-D-AR has salt resistance. It is applicable in brine system.
  3. ST210S-D-AR is suitable for dry mixed and has no special requirement on the quality of mixing water.
  4. ST210S-D-AR is not easy to damp and cake and has long expiration period.

SPECIAL ATTENTIONS

  1. ST210S-D-AR may influence the top strength of set cement when the curing temperature is lower than the bottom hole cycle temperature.
  2. When ST210S-D-AR is used above 95 ℃, the dosage of ST210S-D-AR will be significantly increased and the top strength may be influenced.

Composition: API Class G(HSR)700g; mixed water 308g; defoamer 1.4g(0.2%);ST210S-D-AR.

Remarks: the dosage of ST210S-D-AR is determined under the precondition of adjusting the thickening time range of cement slurry at 80℃ to 130—270 min.

APPLICATIONS
Application temperature: generally 131-203℉(55-95℃) (BHCT).
Dosage: ST210S-D-AR generally 0.2-3.0% (BWOC).

PACKING
ST210S-D-AR is packed with 25kg bag. It can also be packed according to user requirements.
