- ST310S-P-AL is a high efficient fluid loss additive with high purity and low dosage.
- ST310S-P-AL is applicable in low to medium temperature system and it can be resistant to 98℃。
- ST310S-P-AL has salt resistance to some extent, and is resistant to 10% brine.
- ST310S-P-AL slurry system is stable with little free fluid.
- ST310S-P-AL slurry system has excellent rheological behavior. It doesn’t require adding additional dispersant.
- ST310S-P-AL is suitable for both water and dry mixed. It has no special requirement on the quality of mixing water and is soluble in cold water.
- ST310S-P-AL can be made into dry mixed type ST310S-D-AL through mixing with materials such as slag, silica flour, fly ash; also made into dry and water mixed dual purpose type ST310S-T-AL.The weight percentage of ST310S-P-AL is 40-60% when made into ST310S-D-AL and ST310S-T-AL.
- ST310S-P-AL can be made into liquid product ST310L-AL through dissolving in the water. The weight percentage of ST310S-P-AL is 20%-30% when made into ST310L-AL.
- ST310S-P-AL can be mixed with ST510-AL series products in any proportion, and then the high temperature resistance and salt tolerance can be enhanced.
SPECIAL ATTENTIONS
- ST310S-P-AL is slightly retarded.
- ST310S-P-AL’s dosage should be increased if used in brine system.
- When ST310L-AL prepared with ST310S-P-AL is not used at once, specialized bactericide should be added to extend the expiration period.

APPLICATIONS
Application temperature: lower than 208℉ (98℃) (BHCT).
Dosage: ST310S-P-AL generally 0.6-2.0% (BWOC), recommended amount 1.0% (BWOC, fresh water system W/C=0.44).
PACKING
ST310S-P-AL is packed with 25kg bag. It can also be packed according to user requirements.
