Description: White powder, granular and tablet with irritant chlorine odor. Slight solute in water, easily solute in acetone. PH Value within 2.7-2.9 when it is in water solution. The melting point is: 225 °C-235 °C. It will be decomposed if above this point, and release poison gas.
