Uses: According to the Hygienic standards for uses of food additives made by the People's Republic of China GB2760-1996 (04.007), TBHQ can be used as antioxidant in edible oil, fried food, dried fish products, biscuit, instant noodles, instant rice, dried fruit can and salted meat products. The maximum permissible capacity is 0.20g/kg.
Notes: TBHQ cannot be used together with PG; Make sure the well distribution of TBHQ in oils, or the effect may be affected; Some organic acids and the esters can increase the antioxidation of TBHQ.
Packing and storage: in packing plastic barrel; Keep in dark and dry warehouse, and kept off wet, hot, corrosive materials and be careful in transport.
