Description: Diflubenzuron is off-white crystal powder, and is hardly dissolved in water, easily dissolved in acetonitrile-the high polarity solvent, stable under light and heat, and easily decomposed in the alkaline. It is belonging to acylurea compound, which is a kind of low toxicity insecticide (the lethal dosage for the big mouse is more than 4640mg/kg). It is also stomach insecticide and contact insecticide. It is also stomach insecticide and contact insecticide. It stops synthesizing of chitin of insect, so that the larva cannot form new epidermis when it desquamates, and dies for malformation.
